By default we have link like this: https://c.vevents.pro/…
We can change it for you so it might look like: https://events.yourbrandname.com/
To achieve this:
- Create subdomain on your side. E.g. events.yourbrandname.com
- Create A record in the DNS settings of your domain and redirect traffic to our IP address 18.159.66.210
- Please let us know once you did that and let us know the exact subdomain name you registered
- We will install redirection on our side.
Email sender name
We do send email automatisation from events@vevents.pro and it can be changed to yourbrandname@vevents.pro
This setting can be done by our team, so just let us know the exact sender name you wish to have, and our customer support will do the rest.
Background image customisation
Event page becomes branded too and same background picture will be applied to all event pages which your attendees will visit within events.
Waiting room or breaks video promotion
While your attendees are sitting in the Waiting room or Break room and waiting for the next round to be started you can install framed YouTube or Vimeo video.
Texts on the platfrom
If you wish to change ant text within event pages it could be adjusted personally for your company. We will send you document with all event screens texts and you will be able to share texts with us so we will replace default ones.
